Xing, which translates to star in Chinese, is an Asian inspired blend that infuses the warmth of star anise with traditional Oolong tea. Both ingredients render a combination that is rich in flavor to the taste pallet.  The deep flavor can be described as having a hint of licorice with a fragrant after taste.
