Where can I purchase Hatha Tea blends? 

Hatha Tea blends are available online in our retail store at https://www.hathatea.com. Orders can be made online according to quantity and flavor. If assistance is needed or questions arise, we will be there to assist in any capacity. 

Are the tea blends caffeinated?

Yes, some of our blends are caffeinated but we take consideration is formulating tea blends that contain little or no caffeine. We understand that some customers prefer caffeinated teas while others prefer decaffeinated teas. At Hatha Tea we offer both selections to meet the needs of our clientele. Of course, we indicate in the descriptions whether or not teas are caffeinated. 

How do I know when the tea expires? 

Our packaging materials are designed to retain the teas, spices, and herbs vitality in a way that sustains freshness. Of course, the sooner the tea is consumed the better. But on average the teas will stay vital for up to two years. But waiting this long may put a damper on the overall quality, so it is advisable to enjoy sooner. The tea packages can be stored in preferably dark, room temperature conditions and it is most important to seal packaging after each use. 

How do I brew the tea?

In order to achieve maximum satisfaction while brewing, we recommend following the instructions provided in both the descriptions and packaging labels. These instructions can be adjusted for a more customized flavor. Brewing teas for a longer period of time at higher temperatures will result in a stronger flavor. Meanwhile, brewing teas in a lesser time at lower temperatures will deliver a lighter taste. Supplies needed for accurate brewing may include a thermometer, tea diffuser, or a strainer. 

Can I drink Hatha Tea if I am on medication? 

The ingredients used within our products have been used for a variety of medicinal purposes over the course of human history. Although they contain helpful properties, in no way should this take the place of medications prescribed by a board certified physician. We encourage seeking advice from a health care provider for any recommendations made in regards to the combination of tea consumption and medication intake. 

Can the tea help to cure any known or unknown conditions?

Many cultures across the world have used teas, herbs, and spices to treat a wide-span of ailments. Yet, this concept in centered upon holistic medical approaches that were performed in several cultures and still exist in our world today. Research shows that many properties found within teas, herbs, and spices are helpful in mediating or preventing certain developments.  Our Hatha Tea blends are not designed to cure any known or unknown conditions. It is always best to seek advice from a physician if there are any known or unknown conditions. 

Is it possible to consume Hatha tea even though I am pregnant or nursing? 

At Hatha Tea we take great empathy with any concerns related to pregnant or nursing individuals. We encourage our customers to establish a relationship with their physician to discuss these factors. As with any changes that occur in our bodies, it is important to consult a physician about any dietary questions. 

I have a medical condition, is it safe to drink Hatha Tea? 

As with any medical condition, it is vital to seek information regarding what should and should not be consumed. A health care provider can provide this information with a professionally developed reccomendation.
